Production process & ecology
At Aladdin we pride ourselves on our commitment to small-scale production and environmental sustainability. We believe that fashion should be beautiful, unique, functional and responsible, and strive in every stitch to create clothes that embody these values.
Our clothes are made in small batches, which ensures that each item is carefully designed, cut, sewn and packaged with the utmost attention to detail. Working with factories and manufacturers in rural India, we support these communities and ensure fair labor practices for all workers involved. I myself am in the factory throughout the entire production process, observing and intervening in all its stages, and I can assure you that the working conditions are fair for all employees (all of whom are over 18).

At Eladan, we consider environmental sustainability to be extremely important, therefore most of the fabrics and colors we work with are plant-based, vegan and biodegradable. The fabrics were chosen for their softness, sweat absorption quality, and their environmental friendliness (want to know more about the fabrics we used?). We try to use all raw materials and excess fabric, thus and more our production processes minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint. Our bags are made of paper, and the rest of our branding is made of natural and biodegradable materials, as long as their use is possible. We ask that you throw our shipping bags, which unfortunately cannot be made from paper, into the plastic recycling bin.
