Return And Refund Policy
Refunds: For clothing items, we offer refunds within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds will be approved only if the customer returns the products in their original condition (unworn and unsoiled) with the clothing tags still attached. If the items are not kept in these conditions, a refund will not be granted. The refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. To request a refund, please contact us promptly at info@eladan.ca, include your receipt, and explain why you wish to request a refund or exchange. You must send the item back to our store at: CF Fairview Mall, Pointe Claire, Montreal(Full shipping address at the end of the page). Once we receive the item, we will process the refund minus the shipping cost and a 3% transaction fee.
Exchanges for Another Item / If More than 5 Days Have Passed: Exchanges are allowed up to 28 days from receipt of the shipment. If you cannot find something in the store, you will receive a gift card for the purchase amount, which can be used within the next year. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact us by email at info@eladan.ca,ย to inform us of the reason for the exchange, and then send the item back to us (at your own expense). Upon receiving the item, we will send you a replacement item.
Exchanges for Defective Items: If you receive a defective product (not damaged by the shipping company), we take full responsibility and will send you a new item. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact us by email at info@eladan.ca,ย to inform us of the defect, and then send us the defective item (at our expense). Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.
For items damaged during transit, we will handle these through a claim against the shipping company that handled your shipment.
Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, used items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you havenโt received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eladan.ca,.
Shipping: To return your product, you must contact us before shipping it to info@eladan.ca,
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item (unless it arrived defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Eladan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, Eladan will confirm the delivery to the address provided, the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.
